I started BDRGlobal to work on the kinds of problems that don’t fit neatly in a box—and to work with people who care enough to think deeply about them.

Over the years, I’ve worn a few hats: strategist, educator, systems thinker. I’ve helped organizations and individuals across sectors and continents navigate uncertainty with a mix of structure, insight, and (hopefully) a bit of grace. From Fortune 500 teams to mission-driven nonprofits to global classrooms, the work has always been about one thing: helping people think more clearly when the stakes are high and the path isn’t obvious.

Along the way, I spent a couple of decades as a business school professor, where I taught, learned, and occasionally stirred the pot. I earned some recognition for teaching and innovation, but what stuck with me most were the conversations—with students, clients, and colleagues—about what really matters, what doesn’t, and how to tell the difference.

What I bring to the table isn’t a formula. It’s a way of thinking, listening, and helping people cut through complexity—so they can make better decisions, faster, without losing sight of what really matters.
