emotional intelligence

Technical competence and cognitive ability alone do not guarantee professional success. The profile of a "star performer" today also includes Emotional Intelligence (EQ). EQ has been defined as a "different way of being smart" that focuses on how professionals manage themselves and important relationships with others both inside (managers and peers) and outside (clients and partners) of the organization. Professional success can be significantly improved by cultivating emotionally intelligent behaviors that enable them to better develop effective interpersonal relationships that are mutually beneficial and satisfying for both the individuals involved and for their organizations and customers.

This highly experiential workshop will introduce participants to key EQ competencies and provide them with a working framework for assessing and developing their EQ as appropriate to their role.

Emotional Intelligence is customized for each delivery and available as

  • instructor-led classroom training,
  • instructor-led online training (webinar)
  • and as blended learning.
